Free Guided Effortless Meditations will be posted monthly on this page. During Effortless Meditation, three types of relaxation brainwaves are produced - Alpha (when you feel relaxed during the day), Theta (gateway to your subconscious mind) and Delta (like in Deep sleep). The meditations that I record is at least 20 minutes in duration which gives you the full benefit of all these brainwaves. 

Some of my meditation sequence will be based on Spirit Animals which helps to connect with your Soul and promotes healing effects.
