What are the payment options?
Paypal or Pay by Credit Card online.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
For 1:1 zoom calls, 24 hours notice period for any rescheduling or cancellation. Otherwise 100% of session fee will be charged.
No refunds for email reports that have been delivered. Refunds can be requested if there is at least 5 business days notice.
What is your Zoom call availability?
Please check my calender here.
Generally I conduct readings over the weekends but do have limited availability during the weekdays.
For email readings, this will be completed within 5 business days from payment or receipt of personal information (whichever is later).
Will the session be recorded?
The session won't be recorded however feel free to use a recorder device on your computer/laptop. A detailed report will be sent to your email inbox after the reading covering everything we have discussed so best to just come relaxed and be ready to get to know more about your soul!
