WHY this course?

One of the most common enquiries I have received from my clients is wanting to know what the future holds for them or how they can change their life. What I want to share with you all is this powerful tool called 'effortless meditation' which has helped transformed my life completely and I want you to know you can create the future you want and it all starts within. I have been meditating effortlessly daily for the last couple of years and I've had tremendous breakthroughs and improvements in the overall quality of my life - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Self-love, confidence, compassion, improvement in the quality of relationships that I have been attracting and healing my abandonment issue are just a few long-term benefits that come with daily effortless meditation practice. This form of meditation requires no effort, enjoyable and easy to learn. I now offer 4 unique workshops to teach you how to meditate effortlessly with confidence and let you start to witness the benefits in your daily life! 

This course consists of 4 private coaching workshops as follows:

1) Introduction to Effortless Meditation and I'll teach you how to meditate effortlessly using a mantra (1.5 hours)

2) Follow Up Workshop #1 and we will uncover the inner mechanics of the mind when we meditate effortlessly (1-1.5 hours)

3) Follow Up Workshop #2 and understanding 'stress cycle' (1-1.5 hours)

4) Final Follow Workshop and discover what is the 'First Adult Development Level' (1-1.5 hours)

The 4 workshops will need to be conducted within a 4 weeks period (ideally same time each week).
